Step 1: Sign up for Covenant Credit
The path to an improved credit score starts by providing Covenant Credit with the information we need to create your account. We will use this information to create a profile for you in the Covenant Credit client site. We may also be able to start the dispute process immediately if you know which items on your credit reports should be disputed.
Step 2: Copy of your credit reports
We will need to obtain a current copy of your credit reports.
Step 3: Create a customer profile
We will create a Covenant credit profile that will allow you access to log into the client site, view your credit reports online, and track your results.
Step 4: Tell us which items to dispute
The customer site is also used to tell us which items on your credit reports you feel are inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable. These are the items we will dispute with the credit bureaus.
Step 5: Covenant Credit does the work
Using our proprietary tactics coupled with years of credit repair experience, Covenant Credit crafts custom dispute letters for the items you told us to dispute. We compose, write, and send these letters allowing you to spend your valuable time on other things.
Step 6: The credit bureaus respond
Credit bureaus have 30 days to investigate your disputes although it typically will take up to 60 days before they send you updated credit reports. During this time, they may also send you stall letters and other communications. When you receive these letters, simply forward everything to Covenant Credit so we can continue working your case.
